The Wim Hof method is being  spoken about in many different areas of society right now.  There are lots of reason for this but the main one is that it provides a method for people to be more in control.  It provides a way to have some control over the immune system, the nervous system and to manage feelings of anxiety and depression. 

 

There are 3 pillars to the Wim Hof Method: cold, mindset and breathwork.  Combined, these 3 provide increased energy levels, helps you to manage  stress better, improves the bodies immune response, and heightened focus amongst other benefits.

 

Freeze the Fear was shown on ITV in April 2022 and made this method more widely known but it has been being developed in the scientific community since 2012 with Wim Hof at the helm bringing traditional teaching to modern science.

Now Michelle Stone, a certified Wim Hof Instructor, can offer workshops and breathing classes to not only introduce you to the method but also to guide you and facilitate you into embracing a new routine that will benefit your mental health and your daily life, helping to keep you happy, healthy and strong.
