Who We Are

In 2019 Positive Routes to Wellbeing was founded... response to the calls for more support round mental wellbeing and support in our local community.  Since then we have worked tirelessly to provide counselling, training and regular gatherings such as our Chill & Chat Cafes.  Life can be challenging and through our support services we have helped hundreds of clients develop emotional resilience through the pandemic and beyond.   If you would like to learn more about what we do or are in need of support please get in touch.
