I am Gemilla, I come from a background of Health and Holistic Therapy. I believe counselling plays a central and key role in the process of healing and moving forward into a more positive expression of ourselves. I joined Positive Routes to Wellbeing in 2020 and never has there been a time when these services provided have been more required. I am currently in the third year of a BA in Humanistic Counselling at Chichester University. I am also an Holistic Therapist and have been running a business for 17 years practicing Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology and Reiki.

I also trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India and guided 2 classes a week for 2 years before covid put a halt to them. The yoga skills support my massage therapy.  Underlying all my work is my passion for Reiki which I have taken to Master Level and have been practicing continuously for 17 years.

Hi, I’m Alice. I have just completed Year 2 (of 4) of my Counselling degree at Chichester University and looking forward to continuing my learning journey into Year 3 in September. The beach is my favourite place in the world and you will often find me there, walking the dog! There is something a find very calming about it. I am enjoying the creative aspects of my degree and am enthusiastic about finding ways of expressing ourselves through other channels alongside talking therapy. I spent 8 years working with adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. I like to think I have a kind warmth around me and love being in the Sunshine

I’m Fred, a year 3 student in Humanistic Counselling at Chichester University going on to my final year.

I am curious about the world, and the diverse ways people live within it.

I have a fond passion for a diverse range of music, from Rock to Reggae, and Electronic to Classical. When I feel creative I may even make some as well.

I also love non-fiction books and documentaries, especially ones made by David Attenborough!

I am here to support the empowering of others so that they feel able to live fulfilling lives in whichever unique way they choose.
